In the morning of 27th September 2023,nearly 100 staff gathered in Zhangjialou Industrail Park to witness and enjoy the 10th Anniversary Celebration Ceremony of Qingdao Ruigang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd with the theme of "Keeping Pace With The World, Creating A Century-Old Enterprise".
2023年9月27日上午，青岛瑞港重工股份有限公司在张家楼镇举办了以“与世界同步，做百年企业”为主题的第十届周年庆盛典，近百名员工齐聚一堂，共飨盛典。
At 10:18 am, before the anniversary ceremony officially began, all staff warmly celebrated the 10th anniversary by setting off firecrackers in front of the company's gate. The deafening roar of firecrackers ushered in the second prosperous decade of Ruigang!
10点18分，在周年庆盛典正式开始之前，瑞港全体员工首先在公司大门前摆好鞭炮与礼花，热烈庆祝瑞港十周年庆的到来，用这震耳的鞭炮礼花轰鸣声来开启瑞港的第二个红红火火的十年！
At 11:18 am, the anniversary celebration was started officially with pleasant music. At the celebration site, Mr. Pan Bingqi, Chairman of Ruigang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., gave a congratulatory speech to all staff. Mr Pan's words expressed his deep concerns for all the staff and his great expectation for the development of Ruigang. Mr.Pan's speech was full of affection and inspiring, and we believe that Ruigang will definitely develop more vigorously and achieve higher and better results in the next ten years!
11点18分，周年庆伴随着悦耳的音乐正式开始。庆典现场，瑞港重工股份有限公司董事长——潘炳启先生向全体员工致以周年庆贺词。潘总的话语表达了对全体员工的深切关怀和对瑞港发展的殷切期许。领导的讲话饱含深情，催人奋进，相信瑞港的下一个十年一定会有更蓬勃的发展、取得更高更好的成绩！

During the anniversary celebration, wonderful performances and exciting lucky draws were interspersed. The duets and solos brought by versatile employees made the atmosphere climax and fun.

During the celebration, Mr Pan and his wife gave the warmest encouragement to everyone at every table and cheers with them. The Ruigang family felt warm and looked forward to spreading their wings to a higher goal in the next ten years.
